President Declares Obama-Care: The Un-Healthcare Program

(Broken Toe, Missouri) IOTUS, Barak Obama, was the commencement speaker to the first graduating class from the Healthcare Equality in Licensing Program U.S. (HELP US).

The IOTUS told the class of three, that, "Obamacare isn't your parent's healthcare program. It's the Un-Healthcare program: Unbeatable, Unbreakable, Unequal, and...,"

"Unaffordable," yelled out an Unidentified student.

"Okay," the IOTUS responded, "That's free speech in action, but, let me be clear. The previous system was paying out almost 100 million dollars a year in uninsured hospital bills. But with the new marketplace plan, we are only paying out 220 million a year in subsidies."

"That's 120 million more," Another student shouted.

"Let me finish," the IOTUS chuckled. "Those subsidies are covered in full. I just call up Jake (Jacob Lew) over at treasury and ask him to print a few more sheets of them hundred dollar bills. Easy-peasy."
