Stickenbritches told A.P. reporters that the IOTUS suffers from a condition known in the medical community as the 'Constanza Principle Anomaly'.
The name comes from the 1994 Seinfeld episode in which George Constanza realizes his every instinct is always wrong and he must always do the opposite.
"In the IOTUS's case," Stinkenbritches explained, "The Anomaly is that there is no frontal lobe only a Constanza lobe, meaning Obama does the opposite of everything he knows is right. When we discovered this after a recent MRI, we suddenly understood why the health care program went so badly, and why he thought ISIS was a junior varsity terrorist group, and even today, why he supports Hillary Clinton."
Stickenbritches went on to say that the Anomaly also has caused the IOTUS to develop a compulsive disorder known as bovinefecalcommunicae or in layman terms: "bullshitting"
"It's sad in a way," Stinkenbritches continued, "Because all of his life, Obama has mistakenly thought he was doing the right thing, when in reality, he's always been doing the wrong thing. He's been wrong on the economy, on Syria, on Lybia, on Russia, wrong by comparing his program failures to iPhones and Samsung Galaxies, wrong on the Iranian Nuclear deal, wrong on Solyndra, wrong on spending three million dollars of taxpayer money to play golf with Tiger Woods, wrong on the Trans-Pacific Partnership, heck, this poor guy is a walking delusion."
In a hastily called meeting of the press corp, White House press secretary, Josh Lessthan Earnest, told the group that the IOTUS's only comment was that his doctor was, "Wrong."
